How do I add my Ally Home Loan Account?

Ally Home Loan is now servicing my bank taking over for Cenlar. Their website is ally.loanadministration.com. It is not a choice when I try to change the account settings or add a new account.

ONLY Ally can decide to provide download into Q. Q can't force them to do so.You need to bug Ally to get them to provide this service to their customers.

I assume that "useless rep" worked for Ally. The banks ALWAYS try to blame Q ... even in incidents in the past where we've PROVED that the bank screwed up.Ally needs to sign the contract with Q/Intuit for downloads to be made possible. Only Ally can decide to sign that contract.BUT, as an aside, downloading of any loan (other than a HELOC) into Q is a bad idea ... because doing so will remove all ability that you'd otherwise have to manage the account.Instead use Q's "Loan Wizard" to manage the account payments. Assuming a traditional mortgage (that uses "monthly interest" instead of "daily interest") it can adjust your payments to properly reflect the split between Principal and Interest (and Escrow/etc).

Thanks. I was an online chat with a useless rep. I said the same thing and she said it's up to Quicken. I knew better. I submitted an online request as well.0

You are correct - an Ally rep. The odd thing is Ally owns Cenlar and Cenlar had the capability. Thanks for the help0
