Where are my downloaded transactions?

Recently the downloaded transactions from the bank have stopped being posted in the register of my checking account. The Account Status window shows that transactions have been downloaded for all of my accounts and they are posted in all but one checking account. Why is this problem effecting only one account and where have the transactions gone? Thank you.

Hello Deacon Don,
Sorry, you haven't found an answer.
I would start by taking a look at the filters in the account.
Does the register in question show anything different than what's shown above?
Next, I would go to Settings in the bottom right-hand corner.
Do you see what is shown above or do you see "Set up Transaction Download"?
Let me know!

If you are running Windows Qkn Subscription:
1st) Back Up your file, then go to the help drop down menu, select
"About" quicken. The version should show R 21.17, if not, then go the help again scroll down till you see "Check for updates" and select that to see if will download latest version.
2nd) Just above your transactions, look for the three boxes that show date, type , transactions. Push the "Reset" button box next to them. If that doesn't fix...
3rd) Validate the file and/or...
4th) If you're using Express Web Connect from your financial institution you may have to Deactivate the account, then Set it up again. Hope that helps, if you need more help let me know.
