Error CC502 when downloading Alden State Bank transactions

Quicken Windows Other Member
Have had no problem downloading Alden State Bank items until 4 or 5 days ago. Have tried all suggestions. Confirmed password, etc. Have waited 24 hours. Error CC502 keeps re-occuring.
