eBill showing previous bill's balance?
Joe Pallas
I updated to 5.12.3 recently and when I went to Bills & Income I didn't see the latest balance due, but the previous bill's balance. For example, my Discover credit card account. The PDF file it shows me is the latest statement, but the balance is not the balance from the latest statement. Saw this with my gas bill (PG&E) too. Anyone know how to fix this?
Because Quicken thinks it knows the current balance, it doesn't want to let me change the amount due when I click on "Pay Now". Is there a good way to work around that? I did "Pay on next update" and changed the amount in the register, but that's a pain.

Hello Joe,
Are you still experiencing this trouble?
I reviewed your online biller profile and I show that the billers have been updated.
Are the amounts still showing incorrectly?
