[edit description] Budget rollover categories and Quicken Mobile issue

I created a budget and selected the rollover option for my categories. When I sync with Quicken Mobile - it is showing wrong amounts in a lot of my categories. When I looked further into these categories with wrong amounts on quicken mobile, it is showing rollovers added to my categories from Jan 2019.

I went onto quicken on my laptop, and the rollover amount is showing correctly at $0 for Jan. Why is this?

    I can only guess ...
Have you tried to Reset Sync so that the current cloud sync file is replaced with a fresh complete copy?

Do note that a full Sync process may take many minutes to complete.

Log out of your mobile app, then do this on your desktop / laptop:

How to reset Sync to Cloud

    1. Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
    2. Under the "Mobile and Web" group to the right, if present, click the "Reset your cloud data" link and follow the instructions until it is complete.
