Account Balance and Net Worth reports do not run

When I try to run either account balance or net worth reports I get no response from quicken at all...no new window, etc. All other reports work fine. I uninstalled and re-installed, but issue remains. I also deleted all saved reports, but no improvement. Ideas? Using R21.17 on Windows 10.
