How to change budget in Quicken 2019

Question

I recently upgrading from an older version of Quicken to Quicken Home and Business 2019.  The files converted but many budget lines are off by .04 and total budget is off.  How do I correct this or update budget amounts?

To edit an amount in the budget:

Go to Planning > Budgets and then select "Edit" to the right of the category you would like to edit the amount for.
