I cannot sync my bank account with my Quicken Mobile app. I keep gettig the error CC-892. Why?

I have sync'd two other accounts with the bank (CIBC) but not the chequing account.

Greg_the_Geek, thank you, but I have been trying for several months at all hours of the day and night and always get the same answer - CC-892. I have managed to get my VISA account at the bank synchronized, but not my chequing account.0
