I can't institute a back using Crtl B for a few days now. I have the latest Quicken upgrades.

FWIW, Windows 10 implemented something called Fast Startup. When you shutdown, your computer is really hibernated and not actually shutdown. To truly restart the computer, you can either disable Fast Restart or Reboot as you did.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 105

What happens when you try CTRL-B?And, have you tried FILE, Backup and Restore, Backup Quicken file?Also, please to HELP, About Quicken ... and tell use what BUILD is shown there.

I just rebooted and now it works. correctly. I must be something in my system. It wouldn't work for three days and three shutdowns but just now on a reboot it worked. My mystery......0
