any way to export only some of a stock/index price history?
joblingm
I know I can use edit price history to print and send a price history report to a tabbed file for use in Excel, but what if I only want say this last week or month prices? That option only sends the whole history. I can highlight the most recent prices in the history window but Q wont let me copy the text - thats all I need! Would be nice if being able to copy ctrl-C would work. Exporting the whole price history is a pain for just the last month wanted!

It appears that printing or exporting the price history is currently an all or nothing affair.
It would certainly be nice if printing started with a date range dialog, like you get when you do a File > Print or Ctrl-P from a banking register.

I date range options certainly would be nice! I ended up using yahoo finance daily price history to get what i wanted; sad situation when free stuff proves more useful than paid software! Btw using 2017 Windows version but think all are the same. Not looking forward to "upgrading" to subscription service when 2017 no longer downloads
