Can I stop the popup "is this the payment for this scheduled bill or deposit?"

I have been forced to reset all my quicken accounts, which has been a long, frustrating process. Now, when resetting all my reminders, they will no longer automatically enter into the register, and when I manually enter them I get this popup multiple (more than 10) times for each one.

Quicken can look like it's getting confused when you start a new transaction in the register and use a Payee Name for which a scheduled reminder already exists. The popup question is there to help Quicken decide if it should record the reminder's next payment due entry or if you really want to make an extra payment, separate from the reminder. To record my scheduled reminders (without that question popup) I find it best to use one of the many available Bill Reminder views, e.g., Bills & Income tab / Projected Balances or a customized Home view / Bill and Income Reminders dialog.5

Why, when entering a scheduled transaction manually with 'Manager Bill and Income Reminders', do I get an alert asking me "is this the payment for...." and can I switch it off?0

If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-turn-reminder-next-scheduled-payment0

I assume you want your reminders to be entered into the register ahead of them being due for payment. To do that, you need to open the register and click on the first icon on left top of screen that says 'Reminders to show in Register' when you hover over it. Open it up and make your choice.0
