I have just downloaded two credit card accounts, and now they are mixed together as one account. What do I do?

Hello PeggyZ,
To be sure I'm understanding, you have 2 separate credit card accounts? Not one account with 2 separate credit cards?
If you have 2 separate accounts, I would start by restoring a backup from prior to this happening.
For steps on restoring a backup please go Here.
I would then deactivate both of the American Express accounts and reactivate the accounts and ensure that the accounts are properly linked.
For steps on deactivating and reactivating, please go Here.
Let me know how it goes!

I just started to have the same problem with my American Express Green and Blue accounts. Today I have also discovered that the same thing has happened with my Verizon and Verizon Wireless accounts. Quicken for Windows has removed my American Express Green and Verizon Wireless accounts. I tried to re-add my Verizon Wireless account and an error message said that I had already added that account. I have been a Quicken user since 1994.0
