How to copy an account from one file to another (Q Mac)

I want to copy an account from one quicken file and merge it into another account in another quicken file.

There is a workaround: Make a COPY of the source file. Delete every account in that file except the one you want to copy. Export the file to QXF. Open the (backed up) destination file. Import the QXF file.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s7

Sorry, but you can't copy an account ... only the entire file.
