Using Quicken 13 - Is that too old to work with the app?

Since the entire Quicken Cloud with the Quicken Mobile App and Quicken for Web is totally tied to the Quicken Desktop software....
So YEAH - guessing the Quicken software needs to be updated to enable those other related features.... unless you are actually seeing them on your current Quicken 2013 desktop version.EDIT - updated topic title to reflect actual Q&A
