Every banking and credit card account (20 or so) get CC-501 in One Step Update

I have reset them, deleted and restored, them to no avail. Keep getting error CC-501 "Unable to update these accounts because of a problem on the quicken server". I followed the FAQ link in the message but no suggestions work. the FAQ's mention that there may be a script error. How is this corrected?

    @john7hayes, A bit more info is needed in order to assist you.
    What Q Product are you running?  And what BUILD of that product?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
    What banks/cards/brokerages are you getting this error with?
    Also, when you do TOOLS, Account List, what does it say in the "Transactions Download" column adjacent to each of those accounts?
