Not all accounts showing from Fidelity

I have several accounts associated with Fidelity NetBenefits including brokerage, health savings and cash accounts. However, Quicken is only showing the retirement funds. I'm able to link all accounts with a competitor program (but I'd rather use Quicken). Any suggestions?

Hello seansavant@,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
Please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other users are best able to assist you.
What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that under Help>About Quicken. Also, are you receiving any error messages in Quicken when attempting to link/add the missing accounts?
If no error messages are being received, are all of the accounts with Fidelity NetBenefits accessible with the same login credentials on Fidelity's website? Meaning, are you able to see all accounts and account activity under the same username and password when signing in on their website?
Fidelity has an extensive FAQ located on their website, as well as Support agents who are specialized in helping customers gain download access to Quicken software. You may find that FAQ here.
I suggest reviewing the FAQ to determine if your accounts are eligible for downloading into Quicken and then contact their Support team for further troubleshooting if the issue persists.
Hope this helps!
