Can Quicken "Starter" version split transactions into more than 1 category?

I used Quicken years ago and loved it, but of course my old version won't run on my new Macs.

Yes, Quicken Starter can do split transactions. It can't manage investment accounts, loans, or do budgets, but the core functionality for banking transactions is the same across all versions of Quicken Mac.

I'm trying to figure out which version of Quicken to get, in order to be able to split my transactions, for example when a single purchase includes several spending categories
... groceries, home improvement, clothing, etc.
