As far as tracking medical all medical costs "any way possible", in the main that involves setting up Categories and SubCategories that capture the information you want to record in a way that makes sense to you, and then linking those Categories/SubCategories to the proper tax report. For example, here's my setup:When medical expense are recorded the family member receiving the medical care, (a classic oxymoron), is noted in the "Tag" field.Unless you have the Business version of Quicken there's no built-in tracking of actual medical miles driven. (The Business version does have the ability for you to enter miles and Quicken uses that information plus the current IRS rates to make an actual dollar entry.)Probably the easiest way of dealing with miles is to keep your own separate log and then use that log and the IRS mileage rate to make a direct entry into your income tax return without using Quicken.6
