I am running Quicken 5.12.5 on a MAC 10.14.6 downloads are not correct

I am running Quicken 5.12.5 on a MAC 10.14.6 and with the recent update one of my security accounts in Vanguard is not coming over with the correct balance. All the others are fine. How can I fix this?

Thank you for bringing this issue to the attention of the Community, although I apologize you have not yet received a response.
First, I'd suggest looking at the Transactions view of the brokerage account for any placeholder entries:
The entries would look similar to this:
Placeholder Entries can often times cause a balance discrepancy, even if the issue is not evident when first adding the account.
If you identify any placeholder entries, please review this Support Article for steps to resolve them.
