I am running Quicken 5.12.5 on a MAC 10.14.6 downloads are not correct

I am running Quicken 5.12.5 on a MAC 10.14.6 and with the recent update one of my security accounts in Vanguard is not coming over with the correct balance. All the others are fine. How can I fix this?
