I am trying to close Quicken on my Windows desktop.

I have done this many times. It is now rejecting with a statement that "The desktop transaction in ""on"" was not synced. The Reference parameter = " then a long sequence. Why can't I close Quicken now? It will not allow me to select Later and close out.

If you are still experiencing this trouble, I would start by resetting the cloud.- Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts.
- Click Reset your cloud data.
