Cloud Sync - budget spent shows 0, which is incorrect

All of my budget categories in the Cloud sync version show 0 spent, but when selecting the category (e.g., groceries) all the actual transactions are correctly listed. So top of page shows "Groceries $0 of $1000". Then below there are dozens of transactions equaling over $900. Note, the desktop version is correct.
