Connection Error adding a new security

I get a connection error when I try to add a stock. The full error is "Quicken did not get a proper response from the server. You can try to connect to the server again, set up the security manually or cancel and try again later." Also, I noticed that my stock quotes haven't been updated since 9-23-19. I don't get any error with updates that is why I haven't noticed them not working for 2 weeks.
I am using Q2017 R19.7
