Lifetime planner graph is missing

My lifetime planner is missing. The infomation is there but I cannot get the graph. I am using Quicken 2019 R21.17

I ran across this "no plan results" as I was setting up some test scenarios in LTP and I remembered your post. In my case, I simply had not yet populated a minimum number of assumptions. Only after adding those assumptions highlighted in the image below, did the "plan results" appear.
You didn't mention if you are an existing user of LTP or new to the feature. If new to the feature, you may want to double check your assumptions (at least those highlighted).
Quicken also guides you as to minimum required assumptions. See second image.
