last year report - transactions missing from report (Q Mac)

I have a few transactions that are marked with an orange pencil, rather than a blue dot, in the register. When running the report these do not show up.
Orange pencil tool tip: something about being a non bill pay in account enabled for bill pay. I manually added these items when data was not downloaded automatically in the tool.

Thank you for taking the time to post your issue here on the Community, although I apologize that you haven' received a response.
I have a few questions..
What are the categories for these transactions that are missing from the report? Do they have different categories or are they all the same?
What are the dates of these transactions? Are they in September?
