Validation

I just upgraded to Quicken 2019 yesterday. Now I'm getting an error message to Turn off validator before starting Quicken. I have no idea what that means. I'm trying to manually send my files at Chase. Never had this problem before. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Karol ,
It went through.
See this FAQ: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7307115/add-your-quicken-information-to-your-posts-plus-how-you-are-connected-to-the-internet
You did not disclose your Edition of Quicken , like Starter, for example.
But leave Quicken close while downloading files. After the files are downloaded, open Quicken. Then Import the downloaded file.

Thanks! That fixed the problem. When I went back to use it a few days later it downloaded w/ Quicken open. Problem resolved.1

@Karol ,in the image you submitted, did you happen to notice that there was a second Quicken icon running, labelled "Validation"?
I have never seen this separate process before ... must be something new from the software developers' kitchen ... my guess is that clicking this icon and/or waiting for the Validation process to complete before downloading files would have solved the issue.0
