Bills/Manage Billing and Payment Reminders won't let me set recurring in DAYS. Can it be fixed?

I have recently been ordering online meds that let me automatically, at a discount, have these meds delivered every 30 (or other combinations of) days. Quicken allows me to automatically post payments weekly or monthly. But since months have between 28 and 31 days, I would have to update all my reminders monthly, or just enter everything manually. Is there a way to do this that I have not discovered without a program change?
