SanjeeveST
Hi,
After marking credit card dues as paid, why the remaining credit does not update?

Hello SanjeeveSt,
Thank you for taking the time to post your issue to the Community, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
Are the payments you are marking as paid, a date in the future by chance?
If I mark the payment for next month as paid, this doesn't change the amount under "Remaining Credit."
Let me know!

Most likely when you paid the credit card dues, you did not categorize it to the credit card account. You need to post the dues as a charge in the credit card account and make the category 'credit card dues'. In the paying account you need the category to be [Credit Card Account Name].

Thanks for comments. I am however unable to make it work. I am adding the transaction in credit card window and and mark is as paid. However the credit limit is not returning to correct balance, minus the payment.
