Why can't I even set-up eBilling (Q Mac)

Howdy,
I am trying to set up scheduled transactions and see the eBilling option. I don't know how long this has been available on quicken for Mac, but I had to reinstall system software and am setting things up again.
Anyway, I thought that I would give this a try. Alas, after attempting this with several companies, I am getting either and "unexpected error" type message or a time out message on all that I have tried so far. It looked like I did manage to get logged in on one, but after that, things sat and cranked for a while then I got the error message.
I did use the report option.
iMac using macOS 10.15 (Catalina) and quiche version Version 5.12.5 (Build 512.29294.100)

Hello pbfuddle,
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
May I ask that you go to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services and provide the Cloud Account Nickname?
This information will help me review the online biller profile.
Can you also provide some examples of billers that you tried to add so we can rule out any known issues?
Thank you,
-Quicken Tyka~~~***~~~0
