Cannot Link to my BNY - Pershing account

Tried to link by WEB Connect to my BNY - Pershing account but get bad user id or password. I know both are correct since it works when I directly connect.

Thank you for taking the time to post your issue to the Community, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
If you are still experiencing this trouble, I a few questions.
Is this the first time you are adding the account to Quicken or have you been tracking this account for a while?
This account uses Direct Connect, sometimes this requires a different login then what is used on the financial institution's website.
This may also require enrollment to be able to connect in Quicken.
If this account has been tracked in Quicken previously, do you recall ever receiving a separate password from BNY?
