I understand what this warning is trying to tell me. After now seeing this hundreds of times, I want to disable it from showing. Is there a way?

I assume this is related to the Investment Performance Report.
One way would be to investigate and fix the problems with your data that are causing this message to appear and/or exclude the problem accounts from your report.
