Sync problem

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have two .QDF account files on my Quicken Premier application. The first one syncs just fine. When I try to sync the second file I get the error message, "To use Quicken for Phone or Tablet you must select at least one account to sync." How do I solve this problem?
