How to resolve issue with Cash showing a negative security value?

I have an investment account where I sold all of the 4 securities (all mutual funds). The download of the transactions from TIAA resulted in a correct cash balance, and the Holdings list for the account correctly shows that the only holding is Cash.
BUT, the "Security Value" for the account is showing as -$.02.
How to resolve this? There is a post (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7183537/quicken-shows-a-sold-securities-value-0-01-how-do-i-adjust-this-to-show-zero) that suggests finding out which security is showing the negative value, but since the Holdings list shows no security with a balance of any kind, I don't know how to do this.
Any suggestions for how to resolve this? (I'm attaching a screenshot)

First, back up your data file in case the result is not what you expected.
Then in the transaction list (register) select each of the final sales. Click on Edit and instead of selling a fixed number of shares, select "Sell all shares in this account." Allow Quicken to adjust the prices if prompted.
Hopefully this will eliminate any remaining fractional shares.QWin Premier subscription5
