Seeing attachments on detail in report

Anyone seen an update on being able to add indicators in reports that the line item has an attachment? I've seen posts about wanting it, but nothing lately that it is available yet.

You can vote on it if you have not already by clicking on the little up-arrow under the number in the big blue box.
I do not see that it is being considered at this time.
