Hidden accounts reported in Banking and Credit

I don't have any hidden accounts syncing to mobile, however I find a small amount listed as being in Hidden Accounts, with no known way to drill down deeper to see where this figure is coming from or how it is calculated. Has anyone had this issue and found a method to resolve? If so I would appreciate any suggestions.

I have a few questions to help me understand what could be happening.

If you got o Quicken > Preferences > Mobile, Web & Alerts then navigate to accounts.

Do you see any accounts that can't be unchecked and are a light grey? This means that the accounts are connected for transaction download.



If you have any of these accounts, are any of these hidden or old accounts by chance?

Interesting that this did correct my issue. Possibly an update to the app reselected some of the manual choices. I found them all selected which I know was not my doing. I do see some of the manual accounts are hidden ones so wonder why they would be listed at all. When you hide an account you can choose to hide it from lists, but I suppose the list presented in the Mobile Alerts includes them for some reason. Thank you for you help.
