Can't download Wealthscape Transactions

I am having the exact same issue as in this thread with my wealthscape investor account:

I've had this account for a couple years and this just started a week or so ago. I haven't changed anything in the account. I believe that this is a quicken issue and it is being directed to the wrong URL. Any suggestions?

Please take a moment to review the steps outlined here:
Quicken Uses Incorrect URL for Online Banking

If the URL is indeed incorrect, the financial institution will need to report this URL change to the Quicken financial services provider through their account manager.
This is the only method for reporting an incorrect URL, as the financial institution can confirm that the URL in Quicken is truly incorrect and not just experiencing temporary difficulties.
