Connecting Mortgage Account to Payments in Checking (Q Mac)

Hi all. I'm on Quicken for Mac, Deluxe 2019 (v. 5.13.1). I've just set up my mortgage account in Quicken, and all the info (balance, payment information, etc.) seems to be accurate and up to date. What I can't seem to figure out is how to link my mortgage payments from my checking account (automatically downloaded) to the mortgage account. In fact, the only transactions that are showing up are marked "Adjustment." Clearly, I'm missing some really obvious step. Help!

Hello psturges,
Thank you for taking the time to post your issue to the Community, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
It sounds like the reminder needs to be edited to show the transfer from the payment account.
Try going to "Edit Loan Details" in the loan account then navigate to "Bill Reminder."
Then choose the Pay from account and "Detailed Reminder."
The reminder in the register should look something like this, once it's paid the transaction will then reflect in the loan account.
Hope this helps!
