Report Error Message

When I run a report I get pop up that it cannot compute properly because IRR value either above 10,000% or below -1,000% but that makes no sense in the below example. If you can help I would appreciate it.

I get the error message but then the report still gives a result so I don't know if I believe the results. I get this same error message with other reports so this is only an example.
