Unable to find file and additional problems

    i have used Quicken for about 20 years. It is now the most nonfunctional program i have ever used it will not download 80% of my accounts. Catagories will not update. I transferred some investments accounts and it totally screwed up the transfer. i can not back up because it cannot find the working file. (Removed-inaccurate)

    What is the path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file? Do you have Controlled Folder Access enabled in Windows Defender? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?
