I am using Premier 2020, Version R23.14, Build 27.1.23.14
I have a 401k account that shows (correctly) on my Account column when Quicken opens, in the Investing category. Perhaps this is because the Display Option tab shows the Account Intent is an Investment.
However, when I run the Net Worth Report, it is included in the Cash and Bank Accounts section. The problem seems to be the General Tab of Account Details (Tools/Account List on the top ribbon) says it's a Checking type account.
I can't figure out any way to change this from Cash to Investments..... Thanks all.

The account Type determines what features are available in the account. The Intent determines where it appears on the Account bar and (sometimes) which reports it is included in.
If your account is really an IRA, I think it would be best to set up an investing IRA account and transfer the balance to that account.
