Gain/Loss for 1,3,12 months is N/A

I added a new UBS account and everything went great except the Gain/Loss% for 1,3,12 months are all N/A. I reloaded the 5year historical data but that didn't help. All my other brokerage and retirement accounts show gain/loss just fine. Oddly, some of the securities are held in another account and they work fine. All investments have cost basis.
Any ideas?? Your help is hugely appreciated.

If you group an Investing > Portfolio view by Accounts, the Gain/Loss will show as N/A for any holding that has been in the account for less than the selected period.
Interestingly, if the holding was transferred from another account an you click the plus sign to show the tax lots, you can see the gain or loss on the individual lots but not on the holding as a whole.
If you have held a security for the entire period but in multiple accounts, you can see the overall gain or loss if you group the view by Security and include the accounts in the view.QWin Premier subscription5

Are these all newly purchased securities in your new UBS account?
Or did you close an old brokerage account and transfer all securities to the new UBS account?
In the latter case, how did you record the "Transfer shares between accounts" transactions?
