Are you talking about "automatically accept downloaded transactions" and "Reconcile using online balance"?You might want to turn this off again and continue manually accepting downloaded transactions, for best results, and manually reconciling your account based on the monthly bank statement.
If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
