I recently set my credit card to auto reconcile.

The auto reconcile is trying to add items back to 2017, which include stuff associated with two banks, all of which has been reconciled before. I'd prefer that the old stuff just be archived--or something, but I don't want to work through the horrors of adding it all in. I have had difficulties with this card before, which is, I think, why this is coming up now. What to do?

Are you talking about "automatically accept downloaded transactions" and "Reconcile using online balance"?

You might want to turn this off again and continue manually accepting downloaded transactions, for best results, and manually reconciling your account based on the monthly bank statement.

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
