How can I convert Quickbooks Online data to Quicken Home and Business?

I have a small business and QuickBooks online was too pricey and I did not need all of those options. What is the easiest way to convert all of my data from QuickBooks Online to Quicken Home and Business? Is the even an "easy" way?

Sorry you can only go from Quicken TO Quickbooks.

Only other option is to continue using QB until the end of 2019. THEN begin using Quicken as of 1/1/2020. Get Q early, so that you can set it up and begin learning it, as it's user interface is VERY different from that of QB.

I have read that, but I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions other than having to manually enter everything?
