Does the newish developers plan any updates to Quicken Rental Tools?

I know there are several vocal members of the community that do not wish to ever talk about Quicken Property / Rental tools but...

Are there any plans to ever update/upgrade/improve etc any aspect of this part of Quicken? If not can they begin phasing out the feature or let those of us know who use it for our sole-props, real estate investment, etc?
