Attachments/Transactions/Splits uploaded into my mobile app won't sync to the Desktop

Attachments/Transactions/Splits uploaded into my mobile app won't sync to the Desktop and when I try syncing the activity the mobile app is overwritten by the desktop. What am I doing wrong?
