There is an option to do that under the Mobile & Web menu item.

NOTE:  That is a "sync", not a "save".  It is NOT a backup of your data and can not be used to restore after a disk failure.

Thank you for your answers. After a little more web searching and more careful reading of the results I realized that the cloud function is NOT a file saving tool, but is a way to keep mobile & web up to date. I've realized I'm really more interested in how to set how often I get prompted to save a backup (in my case to a thumb drive). I figure it defaults to every 5th or 6th exit because that's how it was working on the old laptop, but haven't been prompted yet and am curious.

Thanks for the help. I'll come back and use this when I have a chance to make those changes.
