Security comparison mismatch window can't be closed

The securities comparison mismatch display fills my whole screen and can't be closed without crashing the program using Task Manager. I'm on windows 10. Is that a quicken problem or windows?

    What version of Quicken are you using? Click Help / About Quicken to get this information.
    What is the screen resolution?
    What is the scaling level, e.g., 125% (in Control Panel / Display, Make text larger or smaller)
    Note: Quicken requires a minimum of 1280x1024 when Tools / Use Large Fonts has been selected, 1024x768 if not.

    I'm using 1920x1080. Scaling 175. Use large fonts selected.

    Your settings will make the windows extra large. Try a scaling setting of 125
