Unable to synchronized Quicken telling me for all my account that "No Permission to access entity


I bought a new computer and I downloaded Quicken and recuperated my data through my backup. For these steps, everything was working well. However, I haven’t successful in synchronizing any account with Quicken App. When I try to do it, I got an error message like below:
"The account 'your financial institution ' was not synced. No permission to access entity."

It is the first time that I saw this error message. What can I do in order to resolve the issue?
