Print Category transaction report
LLE
I prepare a category transaction report for my accountant for tax prep. I close most of the category’s like wages because he doesn’t need to see each month only the total, but some I like to leave open for more information. When I print it out all category’s are open. Is there someway you can print it as the report shows on the screen?

No. When you print a Transaction report, it shows all the detail, irrespective of what you may be viewing on the screen.
I can think of two workarounds:
1) Print a Summary report for your accountant, which contains only the totals and none of the details. Then create a Transaction report for just the specific categories where you want detail of all the transactions, and print that.
2) Generate a Transaction report and export to an Excel/Numbers spreadsheet, where you could delete the detail you don't want.
